A calmer way into the next thing.

An adaptive action planner for the moment you cannot start.

    From overwhelmed to underway.

Dump everything on your mind. HelloYaYa turns it into a realistic plan and gives you one doable next step.

When life changes, rebuild the day without guilt.

No credit card. No streaks. Edit or undo every suggestion.

Focused Launch reference interface showing one recommended next move
Reference interface; availability claims remain gated by release proof.

    Try the first minute

    Put the swirl somewhere useful.

Paste the tasks, worries, reminders, and half-finished thoughts circling your head. They do not need to be in order.

The private demo is resting right now. You can still explore how HelloYaYa works below.

Most planners assume you will follow the plan.

Real days do not work that way. Energy changes. Meetings run long. A task turns out to be bigger than it looked. HelloYaYa is built for the part where finding a way in is the work.

    A list stores the task.

HelloYaYa finds the first physical move.

    A schedule fills the day.

HelloYaYa protects buffer and adjusts to your capacity.

    A reminder tells you again.

HelloYaYa asks what is blocking the start and changes the approach.

A gentler way into the day

Four moves. No new system to maintain.

    1. 01

      Spill it

Type, paste, or say what is on your mind. The mess is allowed.

    2. 02

      Shape it

Find actions, commitments, waiting items, and questions. You control every result.

    3. 03

      Start one move

See one concrete next step that fits the time and capacity you have now.

    4. 04

      Reset when life changes

Keep what matters. Move, shrink, or drop the rest without an overdue pile.

When the plan is not the problem

Stuck is a state, not a failure.

Say what is getting in the way and get a specific intervention instead of another reminder.

    One physical first move
The first of three smaller parts
    Something that fits lower energy
    A draft unblock message
    A smallest useful version
    A good-enough boundary
    Resume from a checkpoint
    Move, delegate, or drop

Your day changed. Your planner can adjust too.

A missed window does not become a wall of red tasks. Reset keeps fixed commitments and proposes what to shrink, move, or let go.

The day changed. Let's change the plan.

Outcome parity is being validated before this surface is marketed as available.

    Android

Android parity is required before public GA and remains unclaimed until proven.

One cross-platform entitlement is the launch contract and remains unclaimed until store and ledger proof is current.

    Private by design

Your thoughts are not the business model.

Keep the help that is working.

Near preview end, HelloYaYa can show only your content-free outcome counts: starts, Rescue choices, resets, and suggestions you changed. It never invents time saved or emotional benefit.

Purchase actions remain disabled until current billing proof and founder approval.

Built for the hardest day, not the ideal one.

A system is not helpful if it only works when you are already focused, rested, and on schedule. HelloYaYa is built around dignity, privacy, accessibility, and the right to change the plan.

The product is named after the founder's wife. That makes the standard personal: reduce friction without taking away agency, and never turn a difficult day into a score.

    Read the HelloYaYa principles

    Questions, answered plainly.

Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis?

No. HelloYaYa is for anyone who experiences executive-function friction or finds conventional planners hard to sustain.

    Is this another task manager?

It stores tasks, but its main job is helping you clarify, plan, start, get unstuck, and reset.

What happens when I do not finish the plan?

Nothing punitive. Reset keeps, shrinks, moves, or drops work with your review.

    Does HelloYaYa use AI?

Some Capture, Rescue, Reset, and Patterns features can use bounded cloud assistance through Vertex AI. Every suggestion is editable, dismissible, and backed by a deterministic fallback. On-device assistance remains unclaimed until current proof is complete.

    Does the product work offline?

The Web/PWA current plan, task actions, Capture draft, and focus timer remain available offline. Assistance that needs a cloud model waits until the connection returns. Native offline availability remains unclaimed until current proof is complete.

    What does HelloYaYa remember?

Only structured preferences, patterns, and Continuity items you confirm through the product's privacy controls. You can view, correct, disable, or delete them. HelloYaYa does not keep an open-ended private conversation transcript.

Can I use the same subscription everywhere?

One account entitlement is designed to unlock supported features across supported platforms, with purchases managed through their original channel. This promise remains unclaimed until current cross-store proof is complete.

    Can I cancel or pause?

Yes. Subscription controls are self-service. Canceling does not delete your account or Free features.

    Is HelloYaYa medical care?

No. It is a planning and action-support product. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace qualified care. Crisis language is handled by deterministic resource routing, not by a generative model.

Will you sell my data or use it to train models?

No. HelloYaYa does not sell personal content, use it for advertising, or use it to train its own model. Provider handling is governed by the current privacy policy and server-side controls.

Is there a family or team plan?

Not at launch. The focused product is an individual planning system. Existing collaboration data is preserved while new collaboration growth work remains outside the launch path.

You do not need a better list. You need a way into the next thing.

Clear what is in your head. See one move that fits. Change the plan when the day changes.
