Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HelloYaYa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
HelloYaYa is a neurodivergent-friendly task management application designed to help users organize tasks, plan around real energy and time, and keep progress visible without shame. The Service includes features such as task creation, scheduling, reminders, focus sessions, and progress tracking.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mabry Ventures LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as tasks and notes).
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store in HelloYaYa. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mabry Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
