Most apps are built for a brain that plans at 9am and follows through on schedule. That brain is rare. We build for the one you actually have — brilliant and scattered, out of fuel by 4pm, already carrying more than enough.
We will never shame you.
No streak to break. No "you missed" alert. No red marks, no guilt emails, no features locked away to make you feel behind. Shame is the thing neurodivergent adults have had far too much of already, and we refuse to add to the pile.
We design for your hardest day.
Not the focused, well-rested version of you — the overwhelmed-at-9pm version, the just-got-bad-news version. If a tool only works when you are already at your best, it has failed the moment you needed it most.
Your privacy is the default, not a setting.
Your data stays yours. We do not train models on you, we do not sell anything to anyone, and whatever the app remembers, you can read and delete in one tap. You could be the most privacy-careful person alive and still feel at home here.
We do less, better.

Named after a real person.
HelloYaYa is named after my wife. Every feature, every word, every small animation passes one quiet test: would this feel like a warm hug for the brain she actually has, on a hard day? If the answer is no, it does not ship. That test is why this app feels different — and why it always will.
